The School has the distinction of sending over 700 cadets to our armed forces and lifted the prestigious Raksha Mantri Trophy for contributing maximum boys into NDA thrice in the years 1968, 1973 and 1993. Our alumni are doing proud to alma mater by their outstanding accomplishments in defence services. Also as MPs, MLAs in public life, in All India and State services, medical, engineering, higher education, IT, media and corporate world as well.
School is proud of its alumni who have brought laurels to the school by their gallant actions. Our brave alumni have been conferred three 'Vir Chakras', three 'Shaurya Chakras' and five 'Sena Medals' for valour in different operations in the defence of the country. Lt Col Ratnesh Chaturvedi and Maj Ashish Dubey are the two alumni who have been posthumously conferred Vir Chakra and Sena Medal, respectively.
